BALLOONMANIA was founded in 1997 by Deidra Butler.  We have been providing classic, creative balloon decorations throughout Southern California ever since offering a huge variety of balloons and custom decor that will personalize any event.  We also deliver bountiful bouquets of fun for all occasions.
